Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Because our products are downloadable digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are generally final once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

2. Exceptions

We will issue a refund or replacement in the following situations:

• You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from downloading or accessing your purchase
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase
• You purchased the wrong product by accident and contact us within 7 days, before substantial use of the file

3. How to Request a Refund

Email admin@spikesandsparkles.online with your order confirmation and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
